MetaChamp is an unofficial fan project. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and trademarks are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., and The Pokémon Company. MetaChamp is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. Pokémon names and imagery are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners; we claim no ownership of them and will remove any material promptly at a rights holder's request.

4. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaChamp and its maintainers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on its data or calculations.

5. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
